Admission Process
The admission process for Alagappa University Online MBA program is as follows:
- Check Eligibility Criteria: Before applying for the program, candidates must check if they meet the eligibility criteria for admission. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university to be eligible for admission.
- Download and Fill Up Admission Form: The admission form is available on Alagappa University’s official website. Candidates can download the admission form from the website.
- Submit the Application: After filling up and duly signed the form, it is required to submit the form along with mandatory documents and the applicable fees required for admission process. Students can send the mandatory document along with online fee receipt by email or courier.
- Wait for Confirmation: After receiving all the documents with applicable fees, the documents are scrutinized by the course administrators. After that these are sent to the enrolment department for final verification, and after verification the enrolment department process the admission and generate an enrolment number. The admission confirmation is communicated to the student.

Examination Pattern
The exam pattern of Alagappa University Online MBA program includes
- Continuous evaluation
- Semester end examination
The weightage of continuous evaluation is 25% and end term examination is 75%.
The continuous evaluation is done through Learning Management System (LMS). Students receive assignment through the LMS, and they need to complete them within time.
The semester end examinations are conducted online through Proctored Examination process.
The duration of end term exam is 2 hours and each subject would have 33 objective type questions of 1 mark each, and 7 subjective type questions of 6 marks each. The minimum passing criteria for end term exams is 50%.
The results will be declared within 45 working days from last date of exam.
